When applying the brakes or doing a front brake dive and you hear a clunk in the front of your Jeep XJ or MJ, check for the following:
- Tighten your front brake caliper mounting bracket bolts . See diagram
- Tighten your front brake caliper bolts. See diagram
- Tighten upper control arm mounting bolts on the unibody side
- Check trackbar bolt on axle side.
- Check for loose shock mounts or bolts
